Omni Hotel

The renovation of the original Holiday Inn to the Omni was a catalyst for future growth and property development around a long neglected edge of downtown Kansas City. This was a top-to-bottom renovation of the 28-story. No part of the building was untouched. The exterior lighting design, the room renovations and the public space renovations have created a Kansas City amenity for hosting convention and sporting event patrons downtown. The flag is now Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts.
