Lincoln University – Tull Hall

As a result of an increase in demand for on-campus living, Williams Spurgeon Kuhl & Freshnock was asked to renovate this once-abandoned facility to provide 32 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units and one resident apartment, which total 101 beds. A link to Perry Hall was also incorporated through a TV/game room addition for both facilities. Modifications to the original building included tuckpointing, window replacement, and roof repair, as well as new mechanical/electrical and security systems. The addition is brick facade, which matches the original building, with pre-cast window sills and a slate roof. The entire facility is ADA accessible with hearing impaired rooms and a new elevator.
