Missouri Valley College Dorm

WSKF Architects designed this new dorm to house members of the College’s Rodeo Team. The 10,000-square-foot dorm-style facility on two floors is designed to house nearly 50 students. It features two- and three-bed units and space for a resident assistant, a lounge, lockers, laundry and a common living room. The building is wood frame construction and features a stone and stucco exterior.
