Townhome Developments

These projects were part of a series of townhome developments across metro Kansas City in which Hunt Midwest sought variations on unit floorplans and exterior features to add to the visual appeal of each development. The total project included about 120 units. Individual projects included Steeple Oaks, Brighton Woods North, Benson Place and Bennington Park in Kansas City, Eagle Creek in Lee’s Summit and Eagle Ridge in Blue Springs. WSKF Architects developed the variable designs, prepared construction documents, secured permits and oversaw construction.
