Premier Bank

This project consisted of the renovation and adaptive reuse of a former motorcycle dealership along Burlington Street, the highly traveled commercial thoroughfare in North Kansas City. Part of the building is office space, with the main part housing the Premier Bank branch facilities, including the lobby and drive-through lanes converted from what had been repair bays. The renovation included a new roof, windows, public restrooms, and lobby. Landscaping and a new parking lot were also added. The building is now an open space with exposed steel trusses and great quantity of daylight. The Clay County Economic Development Council recognized the project with its Keystone Award.
