The 26 acre tract at the northeast corner of 9 Highway and Gateway Drive was designed for six office/warehouse projects ranging in size from 12,000 to 75,000 square feet. The buildings were configured to allow both dock access and direct drive-in. Buildings made use of precast wall panels and steel structural systems. Individual tenant spaces vary from 1,000 square feet to the option of an entire floor area.
