Superior Toyota

Superior Toyota was a design-build collaboration between WSKF Architects and Miller Stauch Construction. The new construction scope consisted of adding a two-story showroom (approx. 3,900 SF), built within the confines of the existing canopy, and adding a new car delivery area (approx. 400 SF). The remainder of the building was also totally renovated. All of the interior walls were removed except the upstairs floor. Restrooms and spaces were also reconfigured. The result is a dealership with street-level appeal, highly functional space throughout, and strong branding.
