In 2015 WSKF Architects designed a second store for The Station’s owner along the highly-traveled Missouri 152 Highway corridor connecting Kansas City to Liberty. While tailored for this site, the store continues successful design strategies for the exterior look and materials, fabric canopy-covered gas islands and store layout and design tailored to the product mix and dine-in or takeout food service. Overall, it is a practical, low-maintenance design that has helped foster the owner’s continued business success across Kansas City’s Northland.
