Cityview at Northgate Phase 2

The second phase of CityView adds new unit types including two-story walk up townhomes with garages, two bedroom flat townhomes with garages, one-bedroom units with flex spaces while continuing to offer two-bedroom flats and city suite units over garages. The site will include a new pool, internal pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped courtyards with picnic areas and on-street parking. The design continues the color and material palette of phase one while exploring new forms and rhythms. The units will have spacious, open plans to allow for flexible use of space, built-in storage and shelving, sleek modern kitchens, multiple cable and phone access points and large outdoor patios or balconies.
