In order to provide their customers with the gracious and refined service expected from a Lincoln Mercury dealership, Bob Sight hired WSKF Architects to provide architectural services to bring this prototype to reality in Kansas City. Fitting with the concept of becoming more customer-oriented, the dealership features a Guest Area that includes a guest center, Lincoln Mercury Studio, Lounge and Cafe, children’s area, and Boutique for apparel and accessories. The dealership provides a full-service facility, a quick-lube facility, and a full parts department. Separate buildings house the Collision Repair Center and Pre-Owned Sales staff.
