Parkville City Hall and Police Station

WSKF Architects worked with the City of Parkville to determine the facility’s needs over the next 5, 10, and 15 years. The city is experiencing significant population growth and it has also annexed adjacent land. Both of these factors are changing the community’s future facility needs. The study resulted in recommendations for the need for a new city hall and police facility that would serve the city for years to come. The new City Hall and Police Station is located in the Parkville Commons development and contains administrative space, a police station, and a court facility. The project includes space for the full range of typical municipal administrative office needs, courts and support functions, and police space that includes sallyport, prisoner processing, detention cells, evidence, and weapons storage.
