Hickman Mills School District Projects

WSKF Architects provided on-call services to this school district of more than 6,000 students for a decade. Over that time we handled and led design teams on a wide array of projects. They include utility and infrastructure upgrades, parking and walkways, roof and window replacements, ADA reviews and compliance, life safety upgrades, HVAC and other MEP improvements, renovation of several media centers, building renovations and additions, design of classroom and administrative space, districtwide security upgrades, new gym floors and exterior track and field improvements. The work spanned schools, district offices, media centers and all sports facilities. Total construction value is approximately $22 million spanning two district bond campaigns.
