Van Buren County Hospital Community Service Center

This new 11,230-square-foot facility on the campus of Van Buren County Hospital and Clinics in Keosauqua, Iowa, provides specially designed space for a wide array of services under one roof. The Community Service Center houses age-specific child care services, Head Start, Parents as Teachers, health-related services, job opportunities and other community services. The lower level houses space for care and development of infants, toddlers, pre-school, Head Start and school-age children. The facility is designed for a capacity of 75 children. The upper floor includes space for hearing and eye exams and care, Parents as Teachers, office and administrative space and a large conference room for community use. There’s also a children’s outdoor play/recreation area.
