When this well-known Kansas City producer of sauces and other condiments sought to convert an existing building to expand their production capacity, they turned to WSKF Architects for our expertise in design of food production facilities. WSKF worked in close collaboration with the owner to provide services that included planning and design around LaFontanella’s equipment needs, permitting documents, and ADA and other code compliance. The facility includes a large production room, warehouse space, other storage, a shipping/receiving area, offices and other support spaces. The finished projects accommodates LaFontanella’s production of a range of sauces, dressings, dips. seasonings and condiments for well-known brands and private labels.
