Applebee’s Restaurant

Applebee’s International, Inc. was beta testing a new exterior and interior design aesthetic on corporate owned restaurants. WSKF was asked to deliver design services in the form of design/build. WSKF delivered design documents and secured permitting for the Leavenworth restaurant within three weeks of project initiation. The “front of house” renovation encompassed approximately 3,000 square feet of bar, high top and sit-down dining space. The “exterior” renovation provide for sunshade device replacement as well as re-fixturing.
