Premier Auto Outlet

This multi-state dealership ownership group turned to WSKF Architects for the design of this new 4,500-sf auto outlet facility as well as their adjacent dealerships. The facilities are part of the 60-acre Legends Auto Plaza in fast-growing western Kansas City, Kansas. The new outlet facility includes a large showroom, manager, accounting and other offices, and space for car rental. The design blends Premier’s guidelines with the requirements of the Unified Government of Kansas City, Kansas in terms of overall design and materials. WSKF worked with our engineering partners to lay out the site for efficient vehicle flow and customer access, as well as to incorporate best management practices for on-site stormwater retention and filtering. To reduce long-term operational costs, the design incorporates a variety of energy-efficiency elements.
