The owners of this apartment community in Kansas City’s Northland area turned to WSKF Architects to design a new building to replace one that was damaged by fire. The new building, completed in 2015, features 1- and 2-bedroom units and is designed to fit within the overall design of the complex. The new building is designed to meet current housing and code requirements.
