Ft. Leavenworth Building 120 Renovation

WSKF led the design team on this design-build project that included the installation of a new dedicated HVAC system to protect the rare book and archives section of the Combined Arms Research Library, interior renovation of the entire third floor, general mechanical and maintenance repairs, full-building test and balance of the HVAC system, sealing of 275 faulty windows, reglazing and sealing of an existing leaking skylight, sealing of existing curtain wall, and electrical upgrades. Also, the full removal and renovation of three floors of restrooms. The project plan by the design team and contractor included special provisions for protecting and preserving sensitive materials and areas of the building during construction.
