WSKF Architects worked with Community Housing of Wyandotte County in master planning this new senior housing development planned on 11.5 acres along the Central Avenue corridor of Kansas City, Kan. The master plan covers assisted living and memory care as well as townhomes/duplexes for independent living. Also included are a number of common areas, dining, therapy and other staff/support spaces.
