Leavenworth County Cooperative Offices & Complex

The Leavenworth County Cooperative Association turned to WSKF Architects to lead planning and a team for design of their new complex in Lansing, Kan.

 The complex serves as a base of operations for Coop staff to provide a range of agriculture/commercial products and services across their service area in Kansas and Missouri. They include propane, refined fuels, lubricants, seeds, fertilizer and crop protection chemicals. The complex also has a fueling island. WSKF and our engineering partners designed a 3,600-square-foot administrative building with staff offices, meeting room and support spaces. An adjacent 6,000-square-foot warehouse/shop building provides space for equipment and materials storage, a shop area and space for repairs.

WSKF worked with Coop leaders to design a highly functional and cost-effective complex for efficient and effective delivery of their products and services.
