Teasdale State Office Building Renovation

WSKF Architects was selected to lead an architectural-engineering team to renovate this traditional suburban office building to house a variety of State of Missouri agencies. The project includes major interior renovations, including new finishes, flooring, lighting, restroom upgrades, and other improvements. Also included are building system upgrades, life safety, fire rating and ADA improvements, voice/data infrastructure, roof replacement, hazardous material abatement, and other upgrades. The renovated building houses the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Social Services, and Elementary and Secondary Education departments on four floors.
