The growing Max Motors ownership group turned to WSKF Architects to modernize and expand their Manhattan Hyundai dealership.

WSKF designed a new branded exterior for the dealership and renovated 7,130sf, including the showroom, sales, and staff offices, parts area, and a lounge area for service customers. The redesign focused on elevating customers’ experience and improving the staff’s work environment.

The showroom includes Hyundai branding and a new display showcasing the IONIQ 5 electric SUV.

Other upgrades include new furnishings, flooring, finishes, lighting, ceilings, and a new mechanical system.

The expansion space totals 7,701sf and includes a new service bay with capacity for four vehicles. Adjacent service writeup offices improve the flow of customers and vehicles. The new service bay area has capacity for eight vehicles, including one for alignments and one to accommodate electric vehicles with chargers.
