Smithville Community Center Master Plan

WSKF Architects assisted the Northern Clay Platte Regional Recreational District in planning a community center for Smithville, Missouri. The first phase of the project includes a community center and outdoor aquatics facility. The community center plan has an indoor walking track, cardiovascular area, senior room, aerobics area and a community meeting room. The outdoor pool plan contains over 6,000 sq. ft. of water with a water slide, vortex, zero entry beach and shade structures. WSKF has helped the district with a master plan for the facility, with a second phase planned. The second phase of the facility includes an indoor aquatic facility, gym addition, and 20 acres of baseball/softball, football and soccer fields.
