Loch Lloyd Ballroom Renovation, Interior Design

WSKF Architects was hired by our long-time clients at the Village of Loch Lloyd to renovate their 3,060 SF clubhouse ballroom, following water damage from a prior basement flood. The project was an opportunity to fully refresh the space, which also serves as an event venue.

Upgrades included expanding the prep kitchen, enhancing lighting in the ballroom and lobby, and updating all restroom finishes. We selected low-maintenance LVT flooring and added striking vinyl wallcovering in the lobby to make an immediate visual impact. Tile-clad columns in the ballroom elevate both durability and design.

Restroom improvements feature modern LED mirrors, durable quartz countertops, and porcelain tile that complements Loch Lloyd’s branding, with accent tiles adding a bold touch. Our Interior Design team delivered thoughtful design solutions, working closely with trusted vendors to meet the project’s tight schedule.
