Interpreted by our design team to fit the site and program, these two design-build retail outlets were completed through a process that included tenant provided, prototyped design drawings. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing were design-build, while WSKF provided the structural engineering. The exterior masonry facade of the adjacent store was incorporated into the design of the new structures, providing continuity without sacrificing the corporate identity desired for each store. A shared loading dock was located between the stores to decrease costs and increase efficiency.
