The position requirements include: Minimum of 5 years architectural experience, professional registration required. Candidate must have project leadership skills/experience, construction administration experience and a desire to be a part of a collaborative design team. AutoCAD and REVIT expertise is required. The position requires 5+ years design experience, preferably in an architectural office. Candidate must have an accredited degree and a desire to be a part of a collaborative design team.
Experience in Revit and AutoCAD is required. Position requires confidence working on all phases of a project, from programming through construction administration, and the ability to manage several projects at a time. Project types are diverse and candidate will be expected to have knowledge of a wide range of material usage, construction documentation, detailing and furnishing procurement as well as the capability to coordinate and problem solve issues with clients and consultants in a professional manner.
